How long will it take to receive my order?
Your estimated delivery date is shown right on this page, in the delivery banner. It's based on live inventory, so it's the most accurate estimate we have.

Do you offer Financing?

What is your return/exchange policy if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
30-Day Returns: Email hello@afo.furniture to start a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return Fees: Change-of-mind returns have a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping.
Cancellations: Free within 24 hours of ordering. Fees apply after that.
Damages: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us right away.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Report Damage: Inspect your items right away and report any issues within 24–48 hours of delivery to hello@afo.furniture.
Document Damage: Take photos and keep the original packaging. It's needed for repair or replacement claims.
Repair Option: For fixable items, we'll send a technician to your home at no cost to you.
Missing Item: Report it right away. We'll ship it on the next available delivery date with no extra delivery fee.
Wrong Item: Report it within 24 hours of delivery and keep the incorrect item so we can swap it.
Can I see the furniture in person?
No Showrooms: We're online only. By skipping showroom costs, we can pass the savings on to you.
Best Prices: We ship directly from the manufacturer's distribution centers, which lets us offer some of the best pricing available.

Which delivery method should I select & can I upgrade?
Economy Delivery (Standard): Items are dropped off at your front door or garage.
Room of Choice: Items are placed in any room, on any floor of your home.
White Glove Delivery: Includes assembly, placement, and full removal of boxes and trash.
Upgrades: Choose an upgrade at checkout, or contact us and we'll help.
Will you take or dispose of my old furniture?
Yes! We offer old furniture removal as an optional upgrade. Our team handles both the removal and the disposal.
Custom Quote: The removal fee depends on the size, weight, and complexity of the furniture being removed.
How to Add It: Call us at (888) 248-0836 for a quote and we'll add removal to your order.
Can I cancel my order or modify it?
Cancellation Window: Cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before processing) for a full refund.
After Processing: Once an order is processed, canceling with a full refund may not be possible. See our Refund Policy for details.
