Description
The Rawcliffe sectional is Ashley's answer for anyone who wants a big, soft, sink-in couch in a light neutral. It is upholstered in a smooth microfiber in Parchment, a warm beige that brightens a room and works with almost any wall color, rug, or wood tone. Ten accent pillows are included, so it looks finished the day it arrives.
This is a genuinely oversized sectional. The seats are 27 inches deep, noticeably deeper than a standard sofa, which makes it ideal for curling up, napping, or movie nights with the whole family. All the seat and back cushions are loose and reversible, so you can flip and rotate them to keep the couch looking even and full for years.
Choose the size that fits your room. The 3 piece sectional measures 131 by 131 inches and forms a classic L with a corner wedge. The 4 piece adds an armless chair to stretch one side to 170 inches. The 5 piece fills a large room at 168 by 168 inches and seats a crowd. Because it is built from separate pieces, it comes through a standard doorway easily. You only need 32 inches of clearance.
Underneath, a corner-blocked frame and a platform foundation support the cushions evenly, which helps the seats resist sagging far better than a traditional spring system.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return/exchange policy if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
30-Day Returns: Email hello@afo.furniture to start a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return Fees: Change-of-mind returns have a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping.
Cancellations: Free within 24 hours of ordering. Fees apply after that.
Damages: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us right away.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Report Damage: Inspect your items right away and report any issues within 24–48 hours of delivery to hello@afo.furniture.
Document Damage: Take photos and keep the original packaging. It's needed for repair or replacement claims.
Repair Option: For fixable items, we'll send a technician to your home at no cost to you.
Missing Item: Report it right away. We'll ship it on the next available delivery date with no extra delivery fee.
Wrong Item: Report it within 24 hours of delivery and keep the incorrect item so we can swap it.
Can I see the furniture in person?
No Showrooms: We're online only. By skipping showroom costs, we can pass the savings on to you.

Can I cancel my order or modify it?
Cancellation Window: Cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before processing) for a full refund.
