I wish the selection was a bit bigger but I found the perfect comfortable couch and chairs for a good price AND they were on clearance and I didn’t even realize it. Delivery was easy however setting up a time during purchase would be smart and ideal. I had to work and was told it would be delivered after a certain time by the clerk ringing up my items but the third-party delivery service called me on my way to work and said they were five minutes away, to which I had to tell them they had to wait or deliver mine last but other than that, everything was great. they brought the couch up the steps into my apartment and put everything together really quickly. It’s a separate fee, but overall worth it. I’m going back to get another chair.

I highly recommend using American Furniture Outlet. Mr. Tovar was very helpful with picking out my furniture. I told him what I was looking for and worked with what I told him. He never once pressured me into anything else. He gave me a few options with what I was looking for and I ended up with one that I love. Worked with Andres to get my dream sectional. He was professional, patient and courteous in answering all of my questions. I placed my order and it was delivered next day. The delivery was on time and Chris worked quickly but carefully to get the sectional in my apartment. 10/10 — highly recommend AFO!

Excellent customer service and communication! Everything was done via electronic communication and PROMTLY! My order was delayed a week due to Hurricane Helene hitting Tampa where their headquarters are. Andres the salesperson showed me how to track my order to see the progress. Once the furniture arrived at their distribution center, David the delivery person immediately texted me and delivered the furniture to us the same day. My prior two living room outfits were both from Ashley Furniture and I loved the Lindyn set from Ashley; however, was not happy with Ashley Furniture prices, customer service, or delayed delivery. With American Furniture Outlet (AFO), I was able to purchase the Lindyn set directly from Ashley Furniture AND know exactly when my furniture was being delivered! I will definitely be ordering from AFO moving forward. This company is amazing! ☺️

If we were going to buy furniture again, we would definitely go back to this store, not just because the furniture is cheaper but they have great costumer service. Arismendy is the one that we saw, and he was amazing. This place is also kids friendly, he was VERY patient with both of our children and us , especially when my 2 year old started throwing a tantrum. He understood our needs and wants for our furniture, and try his best to find what my husband and I wanted. (Specially since I was so picky too) I definitely recommend this place 100%.
