He never once pressured me into anything else. He gave me a few options with what I was looking for and I ended up with one that I love. I ordered from this site after going into an Ashley Furniture store in my hometown. AFO price for the exact sectional I wanted was $1000 cheaper than the price in store. I was able to get my delivery in a week and the couch was perfect. Contact via email with any questions were also answered timely. Highly recommend. I will be shopping here for all of my future furniture needs.

I worked with Jennifer Rhoden online and she was on point! She answered all my questions and even gave suggestions on saving money with customizing a package. I switched it up last minute and she was very patient and made the transaction very easy. I visited Ashley's Furniture and saw my exact set at $3200...AFO had it at half that price for the same setup... lol... of course I took the better deal. Also, this is by far the softest powered sofa and loveseat I've purchased in my lifetime. A+ service and delivery was stupid quick!

I wish the selection was a bit bigger but I found the perfect comfortable couch and chairs for a good price AND they were on clearance and I didn’t even realize it. Delivery was easy however setting up a time during purchase would be smart and ideal. I had to work and was told it would be delivered after a certain time by the clerk ringing up my items but the third-party delivery service called me on my way to work and said they were five minutes away, to which I had to tell them they had to wait or deliver mine last but other than that, everything was great. they brought the couch up the steps into my apartment and put everything together really quickly. It’s a separate fee, but overall worth it. I’m going back to get another chair.

Excellent customer service and communication! Everything was done via electronic communication and PROMTLY! My order was delayed a week due to Hurricane Helene hitting Tampa where their headquarters are. Andres the salesperson showed me how to track my order to see the progress. Once the furniture arrived at their distribution center, David the delivery person immediately texted me and delivered the furniture to us the same day. My prior two living room outfits were both from Ashley Furniture and I loved the Lindyn set from Ashley; however, was not happy with Ashley Furniture prices, customer service, or delayed delivery. With American Furniture Outlet (AFO), I was able to purchase the Lindyn set directly from Ashley Furniture AND know exactly when my furniture was being delivered! I will definitely be ordering from AFO moving forward. This company is amazing! ☺️
